Your benefits should you become dismissed

What benefit do I receive should I be dismissed?

If you are dismissed from service for theft, dishonesty, fraud or misconduct, or if you are allowed to resign from service in order to avoid such dismissal, you will receive your Member Individual Account. 

If you admit liability to the injured party and reimburse the full amount of the damages sustained by the Employer or other party injured by the conduct giving rise to the dismissal or resignation, within 6 (six) months from the date of your dismissal or resignation, you shall be entitled to the resignation benefit including the options available under that benefit.
